Its really not that expensive its true. I can get the cable for around 20-25. It's just the crimp ends I have to source

This might me a stupid question but I am tightening the flexplayr to torque converter bolts on my 96 XJ and the flex plate does not want to turn. Do I need to put the Jeep in neutral or is something wrong?

So I noticed the other day while on a trail, that my front skidplate is not bolted on in the front. I tried pushing it up my hand and it wont move far enough up to bolt onto the frame. Also tried with a jack, but same thing. Any ideas how to get the skidplate bolted back on?

I only plan on taking the XJ to the beach every once in a while(every chance I get, to get 150 miles away). Plus take it out to the local trails when I want to disappear for a couple hours. Looking at doing OME 2" and 28" BFG AT's or MT's.
Not sure if I should really be concerned with my d35 axle shafts falling out one rough day? Trails here are mostly dirt or clay and I don't really care to throw her in mud.

I replaced my plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. All the plugs looked great. I did mess up the order of the wires by 1 and had to fix that. Then it ran better about a day. Also, I did not drive it more than 30 miles I would say and it looks like I burned almost 1/4 tank. Then the day I decided to stretch it's legs on the road it threw a check engine light before I even left the drive way. P0301. I hope this isn't because of something I did? Also, I see some people saying to test my #1 fuel injector and others saying it's the CPS. Which should I do?
