How far out from factory spec is that?
I had a similar issue after lifting. Making the wheelbase even on both sides seemed to help.
The front axle has 'cross-caster' set into it (small amount) to help track straight on crowned roads.

When installing leaf springs, it would seem to be a no-brainer because the centering pins fit into the spring perch. However, there can be a small difference between left and right side.
Also, there are different size heads for centering bolts. Did the bolt head fit snugly in the perch?

To ensure the leafs are even there is a simple trick you may wish to try. Loosen u-bolts (not sloppy loose, just snug). With jeep in Park (2wd) and on level ground, wheels on, no wheel chocks. Push the jeep forward then backward, then forward again. The retighten u-bolts to spec.

Unless you suspect there was an issue before, or you really want to replace the oil pan gasket and the rms (not a bad idea). If you have the time I say just pull the pan and check em. Go from there.

There you go. Posts just keep getting lost, mostly due to me not having very much time at home these days. I am trying to figure out what could be causing this other than the leaf springs. It is out at .91 which is noticeable. Stock is +/- .25

I thought that a small amount of thrust angle can be compensated for at the front end (adjustable upper and lower control arms).

The RC drop brackets shift the axle forward. Could be that the brackets are not even? I have the same brackets and spent a fair amount of time 'dialing it in' at 4.5" lift. Never have taken it to an alignment shop however. It's been 3 years, drives OK and tire wear is even or not noticeable.
Out of curiosity, what is the caster angle? Is it at least 5 degrees?

Lots of fuse talk but what about gaskets. My wife blew a gasket. Not sure if I should fix it or try a trade-in.. (she is Canadian)

Well I've taken it back in because I realized they messed with my trackbar and would up having the axle shifted over a good inch and a half. Sadly fixing that threw off the alignment. When it gets back I'll upload the print-out. Apparently .91 is over what can be compensated for.

I would align it myself (like it was before), but just got brand new 35s and want them to last as long as possible.

In fact, when I was about 2 my mom had a 94 with black interior.

Yes black interior exist. But it is probably the rarest color option for pre 97 XJs. Even more so for MJs. One time I found a MJ in a junkyard with a black interior. I was lazy that day and only grabbed the door panels. Sold them for $75 on ComancheClub that night. Better off just painting an interior black than actually finding one, which I'm doing to my "new" doors.
