Search, and stop e-yelling lol.
Its your air bag clock spring, and your air bag will not go off. The clock spring sends the horn and cruise signal to the relays, if the clock soring is bad no signal gets sent. Costs range from $80 used - $200 new to replace. Job takes like 20 mins, but you will need a steering wheel puller.

My airbag light is always on. Mine is a 2000, had it checked out and my clock-spring checked out just fine. I apparently have a bad sensor and a bad accelerometer. Anyone know how to fix that? If I just pull the fuses will the light go off?

Hmmm. I blew my airbags about 2 months ago and after I couldn't use my horn ( or before obviously haha) but my cruise did still work after( shocked me ). I'd try crispy's idea of a used clock spring and see if that solved it. Maybe your clock spring works intermittently?? Does your cruise work?

I just took my clock spring out , took the screws out of the top , I found that the ribbon inside was broken, cut the end clean, fluxed and solderd to the connector lock, works like new. will see how long it will last like this, but I do have another for back-up.
