I have yet to install one cause I'm holding out for a banks there 500. They clam 30 or 35 HP. But I have a buddy who has found 3 or 4 borlas in junk yards that he clams to have the same gains. But he payed between 15 and 30 bucks for them. So if you can find one I'm also looking so good luck.

i read a thread on another jeep forum and this guys banks header cracked after only a year. they did replace it for free though.

Probably the most popular Header out there is the APN from ineedparts... definitely the most "bang" for the buck!!!

500 bucks it just insane for one header. I used to have a 93 mustang gt and even full length headers didnt cost that much. i just dont get why aftermarket performance parts are so expensive for jeep???

Cheap... NO!
Inexpensive... Yes and nobody really knows why. They might just be trying to put Banks out of business??? BTW- Whatever Header you decide on, a few helpful hints... PB Blaster, new Header Bolts, new Motor Mounts, and fosure a Flex Pipe like this will keep your new Header from cracking...

I have read on other threads that you should replace the motor mounts when doing a header swap. Stupid question, but why is that?
