Its on the drivers side under the dash under the passenger side of the the steering column. About where your gas pedal knee would be. Your horn relay is in that panel. My relay was missing in my 94' ...when I bought one and installed it the horn was on constantly. Turns out the horn assembly on the steering wheel was wrong and the previous owner just pulled the relay instead of figuring it out. My horn works perfectly now...

The box on the passenger side is linked up to the transmission it helps tell the transmission when to shift in to first not sure the name or what other functions it has as I unplugged it when changing out my blower motor and forgot to plug it back in and it acted like I completely lost first gear

The flasher relay is actually on the relay block thats mounted under the dash (drivers side like in your picture). I never traced what the other smaller relays are for. As for the small electrical box mounted on the passenger side (your other picture), I have no idea but I'll see if I can find out in my manual. Good luck.

So I've researched the fuse diagrams and stumbled on this. I'm trying to wire a radio... it does not get 12v to the constant wire so somebody else wired directly to slot 13 on the fuse box... which is for uhhh power door locks. Which is fine whatever it's a jeep right. But uhhh the light came on under the dash when I plugged that wire back into slot 13 why in the world would that happen? That slot isnt for lights lol
