Got my axle in. I helped a kid change the clutch in his sometime last year. He showed up to help. Had a few clearance issues with the truss. Flipped my steering to OTK. Lost about a quarter inch of turning radius both ways. Need to get the grinder to solve that. Had a very intoxicated birthday. Need to knock back a few bloody marries.........

I was about to do the trac bar today. Thinking I'm going to cut out the IRO trac bar setup and fabricate my own over the axle setup. The IRO has some clearance issues for the steering. I don't think the grinder will solve them. Maybe go with a heim joint setup from ruff stuff. I hit rock bottom and lost everything in the "economy crash in 2007ish" been slowly bouncing back and gathering tools. Almost got enough together to start doing my own fabrication.

Hate to bring my politics to the web but as far as I'm concerned all the uppity ups are pretty much meat puppets. As far as I'm concerned I deal with my own. Lock stock loaded and able to handle about a year of life without "government" intervention. Not sure if that seems crazy or not but I call it my earthquake disaster plan. My lady is on board with the earthquake bullcrap. I would hate to let her see the world for what it really is. She is still so sweet and innocent. Either way everybody should have a disaster closet.

Took the Jeep for its first ride today. Got crazy death wobble. Might have to go back to UTK until I can get the trac bar relocated. Going to set the tow then try it again. Hopefully it solves the problem but Im pretty sure its the trac bar location. Will take a picture in a bit. Anyone have any suggestions?

Threw a protractor on the two holes next to the diff cover. I'm about 14 positive. What should I run it at. Six positive? I drop it off in Sacramento on the sixth so for the gears.

Here is a pic of my steering and trac bar. I think it should be ok?

Any input would greatly appreciated.

You need to move your trackbar OTA for starters.
Your draglink and trackbar are not even close to being parallel.
See post 11 of the following thread.

That was my exact thought Frank but my know it all ZJ friend put something else in my head. Going back to UTK until I can afford to relocate my axle side trac bar bracket.
