Exclamation 88 xj problems...

1988 cherokee laredo
4 inch lift
33's
4.0L
Auto, 4x4
4 door

So, i've recently gained posession of an 88 cherokee laredo with a 4 inch lift (from superlift?) and its got some bugs that i need help with. The first and most important one being the strangest death wobble story i've ever heard. It used to have the WORST 31's on it, and got the death wobble when i hit the right bump at the right speed, and i recently got some used 33" super swampers. They dont have a lot of tread, but hey, it's a low budget vehicle. I drove it home, it had 35 PSI in the tires, and i didn't have any problems but some rubbing on turns and such. I got home, whipped out the sawzall, and had my fun with the fenders. I lowered the air pressure in the tires to 25. (guy i bought the tires from said 23-26 psi would probably be best to get max life left out of the tires.) Now, the next morning, i take off down the road, and soon enough, i'm getting the death wobble at 30 MPH, no matter what. Drove it back home (i've gotta take the highway to get to work after all!) and took my dads exploder instead. After work, i reinflate the tires to 32, and it drives just fine. Tie rod ends appear to be bad, and i noticed the damper isn't bolted on. I plan on replacing those next paycheck, but what confuses me is that at a higher PSI, it drove better. i thought lower would be better for 33's?

Also, all of my electric passenger windows decided to stop working. drivers window still works, but not the passenger. one is stuck down, and we're getting snow on friday! i need that one up!

The last problem (for now, anyways), is that the engine doesn't like to idle very well, especially when cold. It was rebuilt at some point in its life according to PO, and he reckons its just a vacuum leak. anyone got a vacuum diagram or another diagnosis for the idle problem? likes to die in reverse a lot if i dont give it enough gas. I sprayed throttle cleaner in it, and the engine died straight away, i'm thinking it might be running rich?

Sorry for the long post!!

Well, today i took it to work again, and it drove just fine. It's at 32 PSI all around, which is more than i'm comfortable with, it doesnt have much tread down the center, but has plenty on the edges (hence why i was going to air it down a bit). I also attached the damper, which helped it IMMENSELY. I'm going to buy new tie rod ends in a weeks time, so we'll see how that goes. I took it to my good friend, a master tech, and he said basically everything in the front end is loose. i plan on replacing everything one at a time in the front, and seeing what'll fix it for sure!! also, i plan on saving up for some better tires. the ones i just got are better, but still not very decent.
