What is this part? located near TB
i have no clue what this is
it came from here
it looked like there was a little bit of fluid on the top of it,where it connects to the wires. should there be fluid in there or do i need to replace it?

That is your air charge sensor... has nothing to do with any fluids, and runs about 25-30 bucks usually.

Just plug it in, don't mess with it, and definitely don't put fluids on it.

Just clean it out with carb cleaner or something...they get crud on it overtime (blowby etc) -- it's normal. Just clean it up and put it back in, no need to really replace it unless it's physically damaged.
