Default 3 inch lift with 1.5 inch shackels and spacers 31's to small?

hi i have a 97 cherokee and installed a 3 inch lift. I dont want to go any bigger than 31's as its mostly for looks (dont do any off roading really). Id like to add a 1.5 inch shackel and spacer lift so the 31s dont "stuff" the wheel wells. and i dont want to trim fenders, what are you opinons on how it would look with both, I would like it to have the same spacing roughly as i have with my tires now with are 27 or 8s with 3 inchs as 31s with a 4.5 would. the picture here obviously is with 3 inch and 27 or 8s.... thanks

31s are just right for that lift and stock fenders. But those don't look like they are true 31s

i'm running rusty's 4.5 with 31" tires and I love it. Still goes faster than I ever need it to, and can flex a good bit when I do need to go off road. I think it looks and rides great. I can take some pictures if you'd like

You can run 33s with fender trimming unless you run your bump stops down far enough to prevent the tires from hitting the flares.

Im running a 3in lift with 31's and i dont have a problem. I actually want to go bigger but then i would have to cut my fenders if i want to turn. But i think that 31's will still look good on a 4.5in lift.

You will need atleast lower arms if you want the jeep to ride nice. I am running 3.5" Rubicon with 2" spacers and 33" no rub and great stuffageability (Just made that word up). with 4.5" you will be fine for a while till you can afford control arms.

stuffageability
Great word. I think I'm going to use it once today and see if anyone picks up on it.
