3.15v at Coil positive wire.

3.15v at Coil positive wire.
Long story short, I'm guessing this is the culprit to my hard starting. Runs fine otherwise...
Any common issues with this system I should be looking for to figure out why I have such a low voltage here?
Edit:
After looking at the diagram and re-checking my work.
3.15v @ coil negative Wire with key on.
0v @ coil green/orange wire with key on.
Runs great but takes forever to start. Lmk what you guys think.
