code 13 is a problem in the O2 sensor circuit, have you replaced the sensor and inspected the wiring?
code 41 is ignition circuit:
DTC - 41 Ignition control error
DTC - 41 MEM-CAL error
DTC - 41 C³I Cam Sensor Signal error
Is it running rich lots of black smoke from the exhaust?

This is exactly what came up when I plugged it in/ 13 No change between MAP during idle and baro pressure/
Thats why I replaced the Map sensor, should I be checking the 02 sensor as well.

No black smok. It will start but will not idle, it just wants to die. If you push the gas down slowly it will run at higher rpms. Its almost like its chocking itself out.

The 41 is usually "alternator" related.
What is the voltage gauge reading on the dash? Should be around 14 volts, give or take.
A marginal battery can definitely lead to STALLING. And if the alternator isn't charging the battery, that fits.
Have your charging system verified.

Code 13 had to do with my fuel pressure regulator. The one I replaced a week before went bad. The code 41 was a shot altenator. My guage read normal most of the time. I finally caught it low and then jumped up in the morning. Anyway, it would stay really low while it was warming up and then jump up to 14. It was the original one, not bad 180,000 miles on it.
