1991 XJ - Briarwood Issue
I just bought a 91' Briarwood, and I love it. However, it has a few mechanical issues that need attention. The main thing is the steering column. It appears to be broken or, at the very least, SEVERELY LOOSE. However, it steers just fine. I am not sure if perhaps the lift kit made it break free from a mount, I don't know.
At any rate, what/where/whom are some good resources to get parts for this truck? I wouldn't mind replacing some of the wood trim, headliner, and some other aesthetic issues.
Any help and guidance is greatly appreciated!

By loose do you mean the steering column can be moved up/down? Or the steering wheel turning?
If its the former, you have to pull the steering wheel off and tighten a few screws. Here is a write up for and older model but still very similar to the 91. https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f51/st...repairs-39494/
Just be careful of the horn button as when I took mine apart it sprung off into never never land. And the buzzer actuator is a pain to install.
In step 22, I just tightened 2 bolts which made the process much simpler and still tightened my steering column. If I remember correctly, I tried removing the locking cam (step 26) but for some reason couldn't so I stopped there. I didn't have to do step 16 either.
