Posting pictures

Why is it when I upload pictures to this site they are so small? I realize when you click on them and they get bigger, but since I was getting harrassed about it I thought I would ask why they arent full size? When I post pictures using the URL they are large, but not when uploaded directly to this site. This is the only forum that does this...

I've changed the setting... please try again and let me know if it's what your looking for.
