Keep or sell?! 87 cherokee
I have an 87 Cherokee and I'm thinking of selling. I live in Seattle Washington. Do you think it's worth keeping and fixing up or selling? Right now all that sucks are the shocks. They are shot and minor electrical gremlins. The body, ABS and everything else is straight. The engine does have bad blow by. So let me know what you think I should do because i love my "beast". Thank you!! Pnw

Shocks are an easy fix and if you get stock style shocks you can get all 4 for less than $100 and maybe take an hr to do yourself with only simple tools. I don't know how bad your electrical is but check out Cruiser54's tips, most can be done with just time and a couple bucks in battery cable and connector cleaner. For the Blow by change your CVV grommet and hose for like $6 from Rockauto. There maybe other issues thats causing it too but that worked for me. I would say for $150 and some of your time your XJ would good to go. Keeping an XJ on the road is certainly worth $150!
