Default FAQ's-section???

The music forums I frequent have a FAQ-section with all of the most-common questions answered. The FAQ-section is a sub-forum with read-only threads.

Since most noobs come here via search-engine by asking Jeep questions, the search engine would still bring them here but right to the FAQ section where they need to be.

I have seen a FAQ sticky work on another forum, but it was not set up as an ongoing discussion thread of questions and answers. Rather it was a closed thread controlled by one person who listed the FAQs and answers by category, like Engine, Suspension, Brakes, etc. It's even quicker than searching for me, so I use it all the time. It could be cleaned up a little, but all in all it's pretty good, I think.

OKC I think what there saying is Google for example would bring them to it not the search on the site. If that is the case it might be worth looking more into..
