Can't set a profile pic?

Every time i try to set my jeep as my profile picture it says the file upload fails, ive used different pics and tried re-sizing them. Anyone else have this issue?

You image is likely too large. It has to be TINY. Like 100x100 pixels.

I usually down size my photos by 90% in MSPaint to make them work for an avatar.
