Ok....crankshaft position sensor was recently replaced...ran well for a little bit... Recently though, it will start up just fine in the morning (warm weather as I am in Florida) and gets me to the store which is not very far away, perhaps a mile or two.

Then, come out of store after only a few minutes and it starts fine but when I put it in Drive....and try to move forward...it sputters and stalls...now after about 20 minutes or so of trying to start it up and get it in Drive without stalling, it gets me home....but I can't drive this thing and it stall on me in rush hour traffic..... Plus I often have my child in it .....

Could it be spark plugs???? It has been some time since they were changed (not sure when actually) and the dealership that did the crankshaft position sensor said there was whole lotta carbon build up in the vehicle ....

I know when I had this issue part of my problem was a dirty/bad EGR valve.
I would clean/replace it and yes def change plugs if they haven't been replaced in a few years.
