I have $2700 into it. So $2700 to free up my $$ to rebuild the one going in my Cummanche. I had one then figure out it needed a rebuild so i bought another running one (the one im selling) then decided to rebuild the 1st. Previous owner says it has 20k on rebuild and it looks like it, I ran it and it purrs (I have Vid).

Here is most of what you will need, I may be forgetting some things. I have an allot of research into this project and am about halfway through my swap.
I must have 50 pages book marked all with great info.

You will need:
Trans with adapter plate, flywheel and clutch (Best sourced from cummins 5.9 because he can get it all from same truck figure $2000 for it all)
Transfer case(can come from same truck as trans, free to $200)
Motormounts (Cheap like $17 a piece )
Drive shafts (mite be able to source from other Vehicles $50-500
Fuel pump ($75
Fab Skills (You will need to be able to make motor mount brackets and crossmember)
Wiring skills (Will need to remove fuel injection wiring, there are good write ups on this)
Lift kit (6'' with V8 grand cherocar front springs)
Bump stops (the 4bt oil pan hangs down 3 to 4 inches lower than 4.0)

Optional:
Stronger axles (dana 60)
Better radiator
Intercooler
Brackets for a/c (can be sourced from 5.9)
