If you want 4.5 inches of lift all you need are some 1.5 spacers ... cause you already have the 3 inch lift right. Those are a dime a dozen its called a bb lift. Then get some brake lines and a t case lowering kit they run 20 or so. Your control arms will need to be replaced or else your front axle will basically be crammed into the cab of your jeep...not really but visually it wont be balanced in the wheel well. Not to mention it wont drive worth a crap. If you were just wanting a 3 inch lift for this cheap id say it could be done but like others have said you need to invest some $$ to get the right parts on bigger lifts....for your safety and others too

Spacers, junk yard s-10 main hanger (88-92) Dakota leafs minus main hanger (91-94) Chevy shackles for 88-95 should put you at 4.5-5" rear 4.5" front. Rear will ride like s#!t but you'll be up. Use stock sway bar spring mounts for new mounts for factory shock extensions (BPE) just did this on the wife's XJ. $188 at u pull and pay. Like I said rides crappy but it's up there. You pay for what you get.

I M O, save the cash, start out with a 4" full spring. Take your time, do it right.
I have $900 in the suspension and wish I wasn't a tightwad. Do it right the first time and six months later you won't cuss yourself for being cheap.
I did a Rustys 3" AAL and then 2" budget boost. + the 3" uca and lca's.
4.5 plus adjustable uppers and lowers would have been money better spent.
