im looking for a computer for my 98 jeep cherokee
its a 98 jeep cherokee with the inline 6 automatic trans 2wd

pretty sure I have that. same year, trans ect. let me dig through my part out pile in the morning. we are talking about the computer from the drivers inner fender behind the headlamp, correct?

did some research of my own and it should be fine. looked at a ton of 2wd to 4wd conversion threads and they say as long as its the same gen 97-99 it will work. they don't even swap the ecm from the 4wd into the 2wd. so it would work. 534af comes up as a 4wd ecm but I pulled it from a 2wd I parted out.
