I have for sale a used Jeep Cherokee Computer/ECM/ECU. The computer came originally from a 1991 Jeep Cherokee Laredo 4.0L Automatic transmission with anti-theft (P/N 56005 707). Unit is in good operating condition.
You should be able to use the ECM in other Jeep Cherokee's from 1987-1999. The breakdown for swapping is listed as below. NOTE: This ECM has the anti-theft feature. It is only swappable into other Jeeps with anti-theft... meaning you must have the remote door lock feature. Here is the ECU breakdown. 87-90 used 2 computers one for Auto and one for Manuals. This ECM is from Automatic, so can only be used on Automatic vehicles if your Jeep is 87-90. 91-95 used an OBD I computer but it consoladated trannys. 96-99 used an OBD II computer 00-on used a different ECU. I am asking $65 o.b.o plus shipping. |
