Cmon ya'll! If you want one better get it while you can. I don't have alot of time to do a bunch more of these. With the weather shaping up I will be going back to work and then I won't have time to make these anymore.

Dang I wish I had the money for one of these! It's all I need to finish my system, look's great btw. Any chances of you giving plans to do it? Maybe some dimensions? After you are done selling the of course. I would like to try my hand at it.

Although money is tight, I'm interested. My primary concern though is lots of cutting. I saw the plastic cutting and that makes sense. What about the sheet metal though? How much gets bent or cut out of the way? Also, it looks like the front (toward the front of the vehicle side) is aesthetic to maintain the line of the enclosure and not make it look so much like a 'box'. Is that true?
Thanks,

Heres where the two spots of sheet metal will be bent over. Nothing to it.

Got three more boxes marked out and ready to be started. Two boxes shipped and one more going out in the morning. Get these Jewels while you can. No plastic rattling junk boxes here. True sealed boxes that get down and dirty. I still dont have a vid of mine playing yet. I will once I get a little extra time. You will not be disappointed. Come get em!

I've been thinking about this for a while (waiting on money). I think it is great to have a sealed box that hides in the rear quarter, but what about internal dimensions? I've read that you have the right volume in your boxes, but can you have irregular shaped boxes like that? What bout mounting depth? If the box is only 7" deep or so, wouldn't the magnet set clost to the back of the box? Is that OK? I don't know anything about systems so I appologize if these questions are off hte mark, but typically, boxes have a specific shape to them, don't they?

The shape of the box has nothing to do with the sound. It dont matter the shape but the internal volume of air space. 7" depth is enough to have something the size of a 15" sub magnet. Most 10" subs will have 2" from the magnet to the back of the box. I have made some that was like a 1/16" from the back and it was fine. I am going to take some video of my 10" subs and box playing. It moves my roof and head liner up and down pretty good. Sounds more like a 12" or two 10"s. I will get some video soon.
If you want a box hit me up through a PM. You will be impressed with this setup.
