they are made out of a rubberized thermal vinyl material and the process to make the shirts are similar to the way the we make our signs and decals. It's a thermal transfered material that will actually OUTLAST your shirt. It will not crack, fade, or peel as opposed to screen printing. You can wash the shirt as many times as you want and the image will look like it did on day one. We have been doing custom apparel using this material for a very long time on a lot of company uniform orders.
